Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country ski trails (floodlit) and the biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, toboggan run, mountain bike trails and hiking trails. Lake Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

Welcome to our new apartment! This is located in Oberkotzau - in a quiet location. The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

If you like unusual architecture, this is the place to be. The apartment was renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
