By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

In winter, hit the slopes, and in the evening, head to Grand Casino Aš. Right next door is a Tesco, a shopping area, washing machines, and dryers. Free parking. We rent a self-contained apartment in the basement, consisting of a living-sleeping area of about 24 square meters, a single kitchen of about 4 square meters and a bathroom of about 3.5 square meters. The apartment is equipped with its own door opener and an intercom.
