Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
