The spacious kitchen is well equipped. In the living room, a cozy fireplace warms up in the cooler time. Extra bed (f 6th p.) in sleeping niche possible! Dog on request.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

The terrace is adjoined by a small lawn that is only used by this apartment.
