The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg, the center and especially the fair (on foot approx. 15 min.) can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Thanks to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practically furnished. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

The very bright & newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. Nearby there are restaurants, pubs and shopping for your everyday needs. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, national museum or Lorenzkirche are also in walking distance. The subway stop can be reached in 4 minutes by foot in 4 minutes and Nuremberg Central Station in 13 minutes. The journey time to Nuremberg airport is 17 minutes by metro and to the exhibition center 12 minutes.

Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

From this centrally located stylish place, you can be in all important places in a few minutes - whether in the city center, Meistersingerhalle or trade fair (then by U-Bahn). The exclusive oak parquet flooring creates a special feel-good atmosphere. The bathroom is our special pride! The apartment is on the 5th floor, the elevator takes you up. Supermarkets, restaurants... in the immediate vicinity. Tram, subway too. On foot we need 15 minutes to get to the center.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Zentrale, kleine Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang. 120x200 Bett ,nur für eine (1) Person geeignet. Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Buchung). Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC .

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The apartment is located separately in a permanently inhabited single-family house near the exhibition center. Public transport is within walking distance. By tram, you are in the city center in a few minutes. The apartment with a total of 30 m² is divided into 3 rooms: There are 2 single beds, a private bathroom and a room that can be used as a dining or study room. A kitchen is not provided.
