This is a beautiful, renovated old building in the heart of Potsdam. It is located in the 4th floor and is 65 square meters in size. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with balcony, which is so large that you can comfortably sit in pairs on it. The fully renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs so equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery and various utensils, and some things of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, spices are available and can be used. There is a dining table in the kitchen with overlooking to potsam and then another one in the living room. The living room also has a couch where a third person could sleep comfortably. Furthermore, there is a TV and wifi. The apartment is located quiet, and nevertheless centrally. To Sanssouci Park with historic buildings, there are only 5 minutes. Also in the downtown pedestrian zone and many shops, you will be within 5 minutes. The Dutch Quarter and many other historic sights are nearby. Potsdam is also known for its many parks and lakes. With a bike you would be within 15 minutes at the Heiliger See with good water quality for swimming and inviting. The Potsdam Central Station offers easy access to Berlin by train or regional train. The city center of Berlin, it takes about 30 minutes by local train. The apartment can be rent for shorter stays or even weekly or monthly rental. Feel free to ask if you need more informations. The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: Look forward to "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

The apartment is on the first floor in the courtyard building. There is a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A cozy outdoor area is all yours too. You will stay in a Dutch house in the Holl. Quarter. Downtown location with 1-minute walk to the tram. The main train station can be reached via 4 stations. Almost all attractions, food, drink, shopping are within walking distance.

Cozy and comfortable 2-room apartment.

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
