My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

The bathroom features a clean, minimalist design with white subway tiles. A modern sink is mounted on the wall beneath three mirrors. A toilet is positioned to the side, and a small rug lies on the floor. Shelving above holds neatly stacked towels and toiletries.

The 82 sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet right in the middle of lively Akazienkiez. Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy stores, bookstores, bookstores and bakeries can all be found right in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
