In the center of Calasetta, a 5-minute walk from the marina and the first beach. Ideal for families: it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. Bright, it has articulated open spaces: a first courtyard, in front of the entrance with an outdoor table and shower, from which you can access the staircase that leads to a second small terrace, and finally to a large terrace of about 40 square meters, furnished with a table and deckchairs. Inside the house, there are two balconies.
