Leisure activities such as cycling, walking, canoeing, boat trips on the "Luise," and much more are a real treat. You'll love my place because of the peace, the light and the surroundings. My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.

The house community is very quiet and considerate of each other and thus allows a relaxing time in the great apartment. This captivates with a bright large living and dining area with plenty of space for yoga, or reading on the sofa, relaxing in front of the fireplace and spending cozy time.

Das Haus ist 170 m2 groß und besteht aus nachhaltigen Materialien und die Einrichtung aus originalen Designklassikern und maßgefertigten Möbeln. Es gibt eine komfortable Wand- und Fußbodenheizung. Der Garten ist 2000m2 groß und von alten Bäumen umrandet. Das Haus wurde aus Liebe zur Architektur und Natur 2018 fertiggestellt. Ich reise viel und möchte meinen Ruheort in meiner Abwesenheit gern mit anderen Menschen teilen.

In the garden there is a swing and a trampoline for the children and a lot of nature nearby for hiking & biking. Kiel is also only a quarter hour away by car.
