Walk down to the creek or roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Wooded, in the hills. Lots of wildlife. Very private. Wi-Fi, Verizon cell coverage. This cozy cabin features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living room, making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a few quiet days on the farm. Start your morning on the porch with a cup of coffee, wander the property, explore the old barns, meet Dixie the horse, or try your luck fishing in the pond. In the evening, gather around the fire pit under the string lights and watch the sunset over the fields. This is the kind of place country songs are written about.

Papa John's Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A front porch with rocking chair, deck that makes a quite place to sit and grill. It is located on a farm that was purchased in 1935 by John McCaleb our Grandfather, GreatGrandfather that we call PapaJohn. Surrounding properties are farms containing thousands of acres. Piney River is scenic and has a canoe company that will take you to get into a canoe and float 5 miles to fish, swim or just enjoy the scenery in a quaint neighborhood

We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).

Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.

The Shady Chalet- Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub

Modern cabin minutes from Montgomery Bell State Park. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, and the deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Located about 15 minutes from downtown Dickson and 40 minutes from Nashville’s Broadway. The cabin sits on our 6-acre property, so you’ll have nearby neighbors—but don’t worry, we’re friendly!

Blackwood Cabin

Our cabin is tucked back in the woods just minutes from Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and I40. It’s easy to get to but still feels private and quiet. Guests love sitting on the porch swing with a cup of coffee in the mornings, and soaking in the hot tub at night under the trees. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, unwind, and just enjoy being away from the noise for a bit.
