Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This apartment sits inside a small warehouse up a set of stairs with a large open driveway to make for easy access in and out with your boat. Over all there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay! * This apartment is on the 2nd floor so there will be some steps to climb to get to it.

In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
