Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Restaurants, piers, parks, movie theatre, groceries and shopping a short drive or bike ride away. On a quiet, tree-lined street, this cozy home features a gourmet-style kitchen, hardwood floors. Grill out on the patio, relax on the covered porch or take a bike ride on along the Sound. Boat ramp nearby (0.5 miles).

The bike path stretches 5-6 miles and bikes are provided! We have a private gym, and a new hot tub, just for you. Two adult guest limit, with room for a small child with approval. Sorry, no pets, allergen free.

Clean and cozy space, all you need to do is bring your bathing suit and change of clothes, everything else for the beach is furnished. Not only enjoy the beach, but enjoy the clubhouse with pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, weight room, video games, tennis, pickle ball, racketball courts (hosts have rackets, tennis balls/racketballs).

This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) and 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condominium.
