With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. Our Cottage is Surrounded by our family owned 20-acre Orchard, where you will enjoy the beautiful country setting. This cottage is small but cozy! It's got everything you need, from a full size Bed, a TV, to a Kitchenette with an air fryer, Induction cook top, with Pots & Pans, Bbq grill, Refrigerator/Freezer, & Coffee maker! Enjoy your evening walk down the peaceful country road, and in the morning, waking up to watch the sunrise come up over the mountains! Seasonal prices available Oct-April!

Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of town for a peaceful stay, but still only 3 miles from downtown Montrose for convenience and just south of town for easy access to Ridgway (26 min), Ouray (38 min) and Telluride (1hr 17 min). Daybed in living room has a trundle for more sleeping space. Completely private space and entry, but we're right next door if you ever need anything!
