Various retail stores (bakery, kiosk and various supermarkets) are nearby. In addition, parks and a very large nature reserve are within walking distance. The apartment is completely newly renovated. It is sunny and pleasantly quiet. An external roller blind completely darkens the sleeping area.

The kitchen is new and hardly used and equipped with all the things you need. The bathroom is also modern and like new. The staircase is a bit steep so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
