Relax in our small retreat with a private jetty and large plot. Drink the coffee on the balcony, gaze at the star cloud through the skylight above the bed, listen to your favorite pod from the deck with miles of views, or pour a glass of wine into the drink nook. Is it raining? Open the large double doors in the dining room and just enjoy! The home provides the opportunity for both privacy and community. In the surroundings there are endless walking paths and nice bike trails. We provide 2 bikes and two kayaks.

The surroundings invite for long walks on the sandy beach or in the sand forest. For golf lovers, Sweden's southernmost golf course is just a stone's throw away. With restaurants, ice cream kiosks, art gallery and farm sale, there is always something new to explore in the area.

Open plan cottage 40 m², just 100 m from the beach

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

The cottage has oil salt and pepper. Tea and toilet paper 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft that kids love. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Skåne's 3 best spa nearby. 15 min m car to Sjöbo.
