Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with stunning panoramic views of the sea. Cozy cottage with large light entrance and spacious terrace. Two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as crib for infants. Sofa bed in living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The owner lives with his 2 children in the adjacent house. Warm welcome!

Apartment in wonderful 19th century courtyard

Do you like old houses with preserved details,so welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. wifi and cromecast available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit. Close to Kivik ,and the beach (walking distance) Stenshuvud National Park around the corner. Kivik art center as nearest neighbor. 10 minutes walk to the bus. Welcome! Nina

Wonderful location and house with cozy garden

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk.
