L-shaped house in wonderful leafy on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to ridck. In summertime there is a pool and winter time it offers two stoves, wood-fired sauna and wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with the living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedroom on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Completely newly built compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of the center of Åhus. 15 minutes walk to the sea, and amazing environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, small pool for personal use and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.
