The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilltop landscapes. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located 3 kilometers from a lake as well as 20 km from the ocean and Åhus beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural setting, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite bike excursions around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep in a sofa bed.

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (approx. 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-air heat pump.
