Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and 3 blocks to bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

She traveled across the US from the East Coast to the West Coast, and now she calls Colorado home. Welcome to our home away from home! You’ll love our condo for its beautiful views and easy access to the mountain. Inside is a stylishly appointed home, a building hot tub, ski locker room, dog wash, and a ski tune table. We're just a short walk to the slopes or ride the free bus—5 minutes to the mountain or 15 minutes to America's last great ski town! We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.
