Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

You can walk to the “Offenbach Markplatz” S-Bahn stop in 5 minutes, to downtown Frankfurt in just 10 minutes, and to the airport in 30 minutes. Parking The apartment doesn't have a parking space. There are a few long-term parking spaces nearby; on Feldstraße, parking is free. You can park in the Waldstraße parking garage for €8/day. As of April 1, 2026, a tourist tax of €2 per day per person will apply in Offenbach.
