Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Relatively close to town, close to beach and forest, 8 minutes walk. Many shopping opportunities. Close to Odense and Svendborg. 100 km from Copenhagen, where Nyborg train station is 15 min walk from the house. Close to padel and tennis courts. Large garden with dining area and fire pit. Outdoor living room, with sofa. Small nook behind the house with lovely sun space. Gas grill and charcoal grill. 3 bedrooms, TV living room, large dining room, and large kitchen/living room.

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book for 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)
