There's an ocean view and 200 meters to a sandy beach and a jetty with perfect swimming opportunities, as well as a forest 600 meters from the house. One bedroom has a double bed and a small desk with a chair. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an armchair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, an armchair and a TV. There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
