We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The bathroom features a sloped ceiling and stylish wooden accents. A white toilet is positioned alongside a compact bathtub and a plant, contributing to a natural ambiance. A bath mat lies on dark tiles, while a radiator provides warmth.

Wooden bath attic with sauna + fitness

2nd floor with kitchen and room with bed+sitting area. Sloping ceilings make it very cozy. Bathroom is exceptional because of the wood tiles - you feel like you are in a mountain cabin. Behind the house above the parking lot you can use a large rehabilitation + fitness center (free of charge for guests). The three saunas are especially nice if you want to relax in the evening (Finnish, bio and infrared). The private gardens are not to be used by guests without prior arrangement - please note this (privacy!)

The modern kitchen showcases sleek white cabinetry and a well-organized layout. Stainless steel appliances are included, along with a black sink and countertop. A central island with seating for two is featured, providing a functional space for cooking and dining.

Stylish apartment in the middle of Nürnberg. It‘s my Nürnberg living apartment, and I am very well equipped with everything what makes a appartment nice. You have got a modern kitchen, including everything to cook, two chillout Area with a big couch, a coworking area and also a fitness area. Right infront of the Appartement there is a big green park, you can go jogging or even just relax in the sun. The beds is all Boxspring so you will sleep like in heaven. Ask me whatever you need!
