Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

For a little break. This quiet and centrally located accommodation has been freshly renovated. The small attic apartment has air conditioning so that it remains pleasantly cool even on hot days. Bakers & butchers are just a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just a ten-minute walk away. On the outskirts of the settlement overlooking forest, meadow and horse paddock. The small kitchen is equipped with a sink, coffee maker, microwave, kettle & a double hotplate for small hunger.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Apartment with a great view

Our holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful countryside. On one side is the Main, accessible in a few minutes walking distance. Just as quickly you are in the vineyards, which you have a great view of from the apartment (2nd floor). In addition, there is a swimming lake, shopping, restaurants, a historic old town and much more in Dettelbach. Würzburg or Volkach (on the Mainschleife) is only about 15 minutes away by car.

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km Our very curious, not castrated, cuddly Golden Retriever, who lives with us the rest of the house, is allowed to move freely in the garden and will want to welcome you more often! Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
