Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. Enjoy morning coffee and tranquillity on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights during the winter months.

The house is one large room and is located in Tøndermarsken in the southwest corner of Southern Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl and Tønder. There are large windows with views of nature and fields 360 degrees around and you can optionally close the view with blinds and make it more evening cozy as needed. In front of the house is the heron in the lake and there is the opportunity to see buzzards, swallows, ducks, etc., as well as large flocks of starlings in spring and autumn. All of this helps provide a natural experience.

We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended.
