Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Das Luxus-Appartement in der 3. Etage mit einer großen Fensterfront zum Meer, ist mit Boxspringbetten, Sitzgruppe, Esstisch und viel Schrankraum ausgestattet. Der um die Wohnung verlaufende und teilweise überdachte, riesige Eckbalkon bietet herrlichen Seeblick in Richtung Juist und das offene Meer. Das luxuriöse Bad mit Dusche/WC und ein zusätzliches WC sind top modern. Das Hallenbad (kostenlos) mit Sauna (€) im Erdgeschoss, Lift und ein Parkplatz (€) am Haus runden den Komfort ab.

Smoking is not allowed.

Vacation home Albany Norderney

Located on the first floor of the well-kept apartment house Haus Anker, the 52 square meter apartment Albany has a small balcony with views of Maybachstraße. Shopping, restaurants, bars are in the immediate vicinity. The beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Directly opposite is a bicycle rental, where you can rent bikes for extensive cycling tours to the lighthouse and the east of the island.

Düne 77 Modern apartment

Our newly renovated, modern, spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large divisible south-facing balcony and can accommodate up to 6 persons on 110m2. Our "Düne 77" is in an absolutely quiet prime location in Westdorf. Short distances to the city and the beach. The ferry port is only 6 minutes walking distance.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. Decorated in the Scandinavian-modern style, it is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel beds in the bedroom.

Our 60 sqm apartment on the 6th floor with great views over the sea is stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Two separate bedrooms (double bed; four single beds) offer enough space for couples, but also families with up to six people. Here you can enjoy Norderney and the North Sea at large.
