My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

This special vacation apartment impresses with its fantastic location – just one dune away from the beach. The town center, with shops, cozy cafes and a movie theater, is a few minutes away on foot. A tennis court and a goldfish pond are also close by. A bike trip to Domäne Bill with the legendary raisin bread is simply a must on Juist. Our newly renovated vacation home can accommodate up to 5 guests and is furnished in a cozy, maritime style. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is open-plan in the attic (no door), one bathroom, a guest toilet, and a new kitchen with oven, microwave, and washing machine. You can relax wonderfully in the bright living area and enjoy the sun in the garden with terrace. The dike, Wadden Sea, harbor, restaurants, and shopping are all within a few minutes' reach.

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
