You can relax wonderfully in the bright living area and enjoy the sun in the garden with terrace. The dike, Wadden Sea, harbor, restaurants, and shopping are all within a few minutes' reach.

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. Our apartment is located in the former residential area of a historic and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dyke, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
