Abendsonne vacation apartment - Right on the beach

Our vacation apartment, Abendsonne, is located on the ground floor right on the beach on the beautiful car-free North Sea island of Wangerooge. The non-smoking apartment is 26 square meters and is perfect for 2 people. Dogs are welcome. It has a cozy living/sleeping room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the sheltered south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate. In the daylight bathroom you will find a shower with a deep entrance. The in-house paid sauna and indoor pool are happy to use.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The <b>studio in Wangerooge (Nordseebad)</b> has capacity for 2 people. <br>Accommodation of 20 m² tastefully-furnished and is modern, located on beach, It has views of waterfront. <br>The property is located 20 m sand beach, 300 m city, 750 m airport, 800 m train station, 950 m golf course and it is located in a a quiet zone and next to the sea.<br>The accommodation is equipped with the following items: internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, 1 Tv, radio, DVD.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

North Sea happiness

The bright, friendly and cozy 2-room apartment suitable for allergy sufferers with side sea view is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available. In the apartment is a living-dining room with functional kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and separate small hallway. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Towels and linens are provided. In the house is a spacious swimming pool and is available free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Our guest house is located in the heart of East Frisia on the historic Fehn Canal. Pure relaxation can be found in the park-like garden with a large natural pond. This includes a barn where the delicious regional breakfast (optional) can be enjoyed. Then you can get going - by foot, paddle or pedal. And then the sauna can be used.
