Typische charmante Hamburger Altbauwohnung im Herzen Hamburgs im 1.Stock. HOMEOFFICE with fast WIFI. Die Hegestraße ist bekannt für tolle Ausgeh- & Shoppingmöglichkeiten und wird auch mal als klein "Paris" bezeichnet . Die Alster ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die U3/U1, so wie diverse Busse innerhalb von 3Minuten. Schlafzimmer:1 Doppelbett(140x200cm) Wohnzimmer:1 Schlafsofa (90x180) Küche und kleines Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare,Städtereisende und Geschäftsreisende.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

88m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit separaten Eingang die Hochwertig möbliert ist. In nur 22 min. mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Ruhige und grüne Lage unweit des Harburger Hafen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Zur Info; bei ungünstigen Windverhältnissen kann man die Autobahn hören. Hören kann man bestimmt immer was, wir sind ja auch nicht auf dem Dorf. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber sehr ruhig.

Kleine Wohnung im grünen Hamburger Süden

Klein, aber fein! Wer die Natur und die Ruhe liebt, wird sich hier in Hamburg Neugraben sehr wohl fühlen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Netflix inklusive. :) Und wer den Trubel liebt: Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Eine halbe Stunde und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Für bis zu 2 Personen. Die Check-In-Zeit kann bei Bedarf und nach Absprache auch früher möglich sein.

It is situated ideal for Hamburg visitors and nearby the industrial areas in in central and southern Hamburg e.g. Hamburg harbour or Airbus. In 8 minutes you will arrive at Central railstation using the metro . Never the less you are living in the silent and green environment of Hamburg Kirchdorf.

Feeling at home in the city center

Feeling at home in the city centre directly next to Jungfernstieg and Alster. The flat (100 qm) is in an old traditional building with two sleeping rooms with double beds and a lovely living room with a comfortable double sofa sleeper. We offer a baby bed for 10€ and a high chair for 5€ once. Please let us know if you will need it.

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
