Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the collegiate church and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It has about 40 sqm. Living area consisting of an enclosed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is travelling, a travel cot is available. The garden in front of the house may also be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with table and chairs, it invites you to have breakfast in the countryside, or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome , but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, for a longer stay 20 euros.

Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
