The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.

Charmante Souterrain-Wohnung

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Lovely apartment with large garden on the outskirts

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
