There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
