Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

This cozy, updated apartment is in the heart of downtown Wheeling and is within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. This newly-remodeled, relaxing cabin is situated on CR 10 (Benwood Rd.) about 20 minutes from Sardis, OH and 15 minutes from Woodsfield, OH (County seat). The cabin sits on just under an acre of land and has a creek running the edge of the property. Whether you are looking to explore the area or just have a relaxing time grilling out on the back deck and spending time with friends and family, this place is for you.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
