The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Enjoy the forest views from the private balcony. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Gruene Historical District is less than a 5 min drive from our location. You can also easily drive strait towards Prince Solms Park where the tube shoot and Comal River are located. Canyon Lake and the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe are a 15 min drive away. Our property is neighboring one of the historical farmsteads in the area, founded in the 1880’s.
