This room is located on the 2nd floor of our Sunday House.PLEASE NOTE: This room is very intimate and only offers the spa tub, this unit has no shower. Total room occupancy is 2 people. Delicious, hot breakfast & bottomless Mimosas are included & served in the dining room at 9am everyday.

My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children that are 15 years of age or older.

The room has a king bed and private bath. The room has a flatscreen TV with cable. We will provide a continental style breakfast with coffee, tea, breakfast bars and oatmeal.
