We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

The studio is a very special place: a large apartment with a bed, 2 additional separate bedrooms, balcony, giant sofa and above all a long table where everyone can find a seat. Cozy DG apartment, centrally located, with large sunny roof terrace and fantastic views over Naumburg and Naumburg Cathedral. The apartment has a fast wifi and a comfortable workspace. Coffee and tea are at your disposal for free. In a 10-15 minute walk you can reach the Naumburg marketplace, the cathedral and many restaurants, cafes and shops. The Saale and the Saaleradwanderweg are about 1 km. From there you can reach the surrounding wineries

Home office with home cinema in Schmölln.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
