Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

A bright winter garden features a high ceiling with skylights allowing natural light to fill the space. A glass-topped dining table is surrounded by stylish wicker chairs, complemented by colorful patterned wall accents. A floral centerpiece adds a touch of freshness to the setting.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

On three floors, nostalgic original furniture, a soothing infrared sauna and above all: a lot of peace and quiet await you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and the rippling Goldbach, the house is the ideal place for a break, creative workation or relaxed family time.

House with garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Great connection to Leipzig city center (tram every 10 min, stop virtually at the front door). By car, it's about 20 minutes to the city center, by train or bike about 30 minutes. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1 box spring bed, 1 sofa bed) and a fold-out bed. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.
