Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. The ideal accommodation for uncomplicated, culture-loving, nature-loving, wine-loving active tourists. A feel-good paradise above the Saaleradweg in the immediate vicinity of the city. If necessary, two additional sleeping places are available in the caravan for the ground floor apartment (10.00 euros per person/ night) Attention: sometimes musical sounds sound through the house. The city of Naumburg charges a tourist tax of 2.40 euros per person per night, which must be paid in cash on site.

We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

Cozy DG apartment, centrally located, with large sunny roof terrace and fantastic views over Naumburg and Naumburg Cathedral. The apartment has a fast wifi and a comfortable workspace. Coffee and tea are at your disposal for free. In a 10-15 minute walk you can reach the Naumburg marketplace, the cathedral and many restaurants, cafes and shops. The Saale and the Saaleradwanderweg are about 1 km. From there you can reach the surrounding wineries

The apartment welcomes you with a hallway and wardrobe. The bright bathroom is also new with a shower. The apartment has a small kitchen incl. Coffee maker and fridge. A small counter invites you to eat or work. The new bed is 160 x 200. A balcony to the quiet courtyard is also available.
