The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

This modern apartment offers 43–47 m² of thoughtfully designed space, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also includes a bathroom, a comfortable living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Maximum capacity: 6 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. The location in the green and quiet Alstertal with hiking trails and canoe rental invites you to relax. It is a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and bus station. From there, the city can be reached in 30 minutes.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Also suitable for a longer stay or workcation. Only 1 hour to the city centre of Hamburg, Lübeck or the Baltic Sea, 1.5 hours to the North Sea or DK. Excursions on foot or by bike are possible in the rural surroundings. In bad weather a fire in the stove warms you up.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Welcome to our listing. On our former dairy farm between Hamburg and Lübeck, we offer this independent 2-room apartment as a starting point for your adventures in Northern Germany. The former "Old Milk Chamber" was part of the agricultural and livestock industry that has been run here on our farm for many generations. Now it has been redesigned as a vacation apartment. You can park right in front of the apartment and the bus stop is about 20 meters away.

Lake Itzstedter is within walking distance. Our apartment is located in a two-family house with a beautiful garden. Parking is available in the courtyard as well as a private terrace with a garden house for parking bicycles or cozy seating.
