Completely refurbished studio on the ground floor with balcony and private parking. Studio rated 2* In the heart of the Massif Central. La Bourboule thermal spa. Possibility of cross-country skiing, hiking (Possible departures from the residence) mountain biking, fishing... 7 km away: Mont Dore for alpine skiing capacity: 2 adults and 2 children (1 bed of 140 and 1 sofa bed) equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet. please note: we do not rent for less than 4 nights supermarket with gas station 150 m away.

Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the city center, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Grand appartement duplex SANS AUCUN ESPACES À PARTAGER (ce qui n'était pas le cas avant). 49m2 apartment in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, the fenestra park, everything is within walking distance.... There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
