Beautiful view of the Sancy. South-facing duplex at 1200 meters altitude, 3 km from La Bourboule and its thermal baths, 8 km from Mont Dore and its ski slopes. Many mountain bike and snowshoe hiking trails nearby. Beautiful view of the Auvergne mountains.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.
