Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. Genuine 2-room apartment, completely renovated. The bright 38 m2 apartment, accessible by a staircase of about fifteen steps, consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining area. The living room has an 80 cm TV and a sofa bed, only suitable for a child. The accommodation has a real separate bedroom (queen size mattress 160 x 200) with its small wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and illuminated mirror + electric heating. Separate toilet.

Located in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by nature, 5 minutes from Vulcania and Lemptégy as well as many hiking trail departures, you can rest in the old forge of Constant, now transformed into a stone and wood cottage. Many tourist attractions are close by.
