Our apartment close to nature is located on a residual farm in a former barn building reconstructed in 2017, the last house in the village, behind it only nature. The property is about 35,000 square meters with gardens, meadow and Billewald forest. It is about 35 km to the city centers of Hamburg or Lübeck. The Eulenspiegel city of Mölln and Ratzeburg are also worth a visit. Various Baltic Sea resorts are easily accessible. Kids love to feed our chickens or ride along with the tractor.

The apartment also has a small garden with seating and a grill. The location of the apartment is a quiet street in the middle of a residential area. This has the advantage that the center of Mölln, as well as forest trails and lakes can be reached quickly and easily.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Dieses historische Gebäude ist eine typisch norddeutsche Bauernkate und steht am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes mit freiem Blick auf die hügelige Landschaft. An die eigene Wiese hinter dem Haus schließt sich unser 2 ha großes Naturgrundstück an, mit vielen lauschigen Plätzen unter Bäumen und am Bach. Wir haben die Kate mit Naturmaterialien saniert und gemütlich ausgestattet, z.B. mit Kamin und kleiner Sauna.
