Country Lodge ~Where the Prairie Meets the Pines

Our space started as my husbands "man cave." A place to display his hunting accomplishments and do all things manly. Yet, as the project progressed it turned into a lovely rustic lodge that we'd like to share with you. Just 5 miles North of Sturgis we provide a space that is minutes away from Bear Butte State park, the beautiful Black Hills and sits on a quiet valley acreage. It would be ideal for anyone visiting the area who enjoys fresh country air and a bit of rustic charm.

Our Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is a one bedroom, one bath get away with room to breathe! Sleeps 8, with a newly added loft including 2 full sized beds, a pull out bed in the sectional of the spacious living room and a king sized bed in the bright and sunny private master bedroom. Internet is unreliable, encouraging you to put down your phone and simply relax. TV with DVD player available-no cable. AC and forced air heat. Grill and fire pit available! We look forward to your visit!

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

In the Heart of Rapid City

Home was built in 1916 and the bottom level has been remodeled to a super cute apartment. There are tenants above, and if they are home, you WILL hear them. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Location is in mid-town Rapid City and is within walking distance to downtown and some really great restaurants, shopping, bars, and Main Street Square. If you need any recommendations, I would love to suggest some of our favorites.
