Close-in Country Cottage, Quiet and Pet Friendly!

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, but still be 10-15 minutes from everything in town, close to the base, hospital, and shopping. 20 minutes to Curt Gowdy (hiking, fishing, boating, paddle boards, mountain biking) and Vedauwoo (hiking, views, rock climbing, bouldering, etc). We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. Gas fireplace, covered patio, private dog run, private parking.

Fabulous neighborhood, off street parking and free street parking. Perfect for a quick layover (easy access to l-25) or an extended stay for work. (Just pick up some groceries and unpack your bags). Great work area, with desk and WiFi in the unit.
