Two blocks from the YMCA and walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. *Please note, if you're uncomfortable going up a set of stairs this unit isn't for you.

The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Harriet & Oak is just around the corner (in the same building) and offers a great selection of coffee and food. Close to everything with easy access to tourist sights and main highways. I invite to you my welcoming downstairs, air conditioned, basement bedroom, bath, and living room with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, tea, blender and toaster area. Snacks included. 2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work . If you need to have internet 100% of the time this will not work for you. Because of the hills internet is only available thru Century Link and it is not always dependable.
