An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights.
