Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly September) our in-ground pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Where the mountain road and Odenwald meet, in the middle of the idyllic Lautertal (Reichenbach), is our inviting apartment. After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Four-sided courtyard with charm and flair, recharge your batteries

Come, hike, feel good and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel at home in our ground floor apartment, which we have carefully renovated. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since, despite all the tasks that still await. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always approachable. You can find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.
