Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly September) our in-ground pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Lovingly and high-quality furnished, the Alte Backhaus offers modern comfort in historic walls. You will stay in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean market square with many restaurants and pedestrian zone are only one minute away. In 20 minutes by car you are in Heidelberg or Mannheim. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs and that's why your furry friend is welcome with us. We are happy to give walking tips nearby.

Due to its very good transport connection, the apartment is ideal for vacationers and fitters. It is located in the attic of a 2-family apartment building in a quiet residential area in the Bergstraße-Odenwald Nature Park. It offers a 50 sqm living-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large sun terrace. Private parking is available. Living room and bedroom both have flat-screen TVs. Internet connection is also available.

For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available to remove pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.
