It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Great 4 bedroom apartment with built-in closets all of them and two recently renovated bathrooms, kitchen with office, living room and terrace ideal for large families with good access to the city center. The flat is located in the Moratalaz Residential Neighborhood. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express Supermarket in front of the house. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that take you to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the areas of Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha respectively. Also at the door of the building is the taxi stand. The Vinateros metro stop is a 5 minute walk away. Behind the building is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for having a drink and for the children to play. There is a park within a 5-minute walk away.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
